Through our Family Empowerment Program, we have seen firsthand, how small beginnings can spark big change. One of our beneficiaries, a determined mother, shared her heartfelt gratitude for the poultry farming enterprise that has transformed her life and given her renewed hope for her children’s future.
“I am so happy about this project. It has given me strength to do more for my family and children. I have hope that I will support their education. It is interesting how one of my children has also taken interest in the poultry farming. He recently bought a hen and he also wants to start rearing. This excites me because it means the project is already inspiring them”
In addition to poultry farming, she also earns income by sewing clothes in her free time and selling sweet bananas to a nearby school. While she faces challenges such as the cost of chicken feed and maintenance, her determination remains strong.
